No Refund Policy
All payments to AutoLeadsFlow LLC are non-refundable. This includes:
Subscriptions
Setup fees
Usage-based costs
Our services are custom-built and start immediately upon payment.
Chargebacks Are Not Permitted
By purchasing our services, you agree not to file chargebacks. Doing so:
Violates this agreement
May result in legal action and additional fees for recovery
We will provide documentation of service delivery if disputes arise.
Cancellation Terms
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the remaining period of a prepaid term.
Delivery of Services
Services are marked as delivered when:
Your website is built and sent
Platform and automation setup is finalized
Login help and onboarding are provided as support — not as a fulfillment requirement.
Free Trials & Promotions
Trial users receive limited setup for onboarding. Full delivery begins after payment. Any discounts or trials do not alter these terms.
Payment Failures and Suspension
If a payment fails:
We retry 4 times over 3 weeks
If unpaid within 48 hours of the first attempt, services are suspended
Account access is restored once payment is complete.
Consent and Agreement
By purchasing from AutoLeadsFlow LLC or checking “I Agree” at checkout, you confirm that:

You understand our no refund policy
You waive the right to dispute payments for services delivered
